第二十九條 公司依法建立股東名冊(cè)，股東名冊(cè)是證明股東持有公司股份的充分證據(jù)。股東按其所持有股份的種類享有權(quán)利，承擔(dān)義務(wù)；持有同一種類股份的股東，享有同等權(quán)利，承擔(dān)同種義務(wù)。

Article 29 The Company shall by laws maintain the register of shareholders that is fully evidence of the shares held by the shareholders. The shareholders shall be entitled to rights and execute an undertaking corresponding to the class of their shares; rights conferred on the same class of shares shall be equivalent and the shareholders shall secure the same obligations. 

第三十條 公司召開股東大會(huì)、分配股利、清算及從事其他需要確認(rèn)股東身份的行為時(shí)，由董事會(huì)或股東大會(huì)召集人確定股權(quán)登記日，股權(quán)登記日收市董后登記在冊(cè)的股東為享有相關(guān)權(quán)益的股東。

Article 30 When the Company holds a general meeting, allots dividends, makes liquidations and works on other actions in the need of identifying shareholders' identities, the board of directors or the convener of the general meeting shall decide the date of registration of shares. At the closing of the date of registration of shares, the registered shareholders shall become the shareholders entitled to relevant rights and interests.
